The FCS TC Aqualine Fins were designed and tested by World Champion Tom Carroll and they are now available in a Thruster, Quad or 5-Fin set up. (A Tri-Quad) A tri-quad set is a 5 fin set that can be used as a quad or a thruster. These are the first Tri-Quads available using PC Technology, for the feeling of a traditional glass fin with the added advantage of reduced weight. The FCS TC Aqualine Tri-Quad allows the rider to utilize the advantages of multiple fin combinations in one set of fins. The FCS TC Aqualine center and front side fins share the same template and area for use as a thruster and the combination of front and rear side fins create a unique and proven quad set up. The cant on the TC Aqualine Fins is set at 6 which translates to smother rail-to-rail transitions, faster response and added performance when the board is set on rail. The FCS TC Aqualine quad rear fins have a 70/30 foil to enhance handling and water flow, while the front fins have the 6º cant to allow smoother rail transitions and increase hold through multiple angles of attack.

Other Thoughts: Rode only a few times as the cant on this fins made them seem like they wouldn't hold in the wave well and a little on the small size for my liking. Only rode as a quad. Fast rail to rail turns but didn't seem to hold in the pocket or on the face well. Seemed like they wanted to slide out in tight turns.
