I. Board Manufactoring  
 

a. Through your purchase of a board from The Surfboard Warehouse it is upon you to convey the artwork and shape you would like your board to have.

 
 

b. Claims against the artwork or shape of a board will be determined on a case by case basis.

 
  II. Payment  
 

a. The Surfboard Warehouse requires a 50% deposit on the TOTAL order price before the order will be processed.

 
  b. The deposit is Non-refundable unless it is determined that the board was damaged during shipping.  

  c. The remaining balance on an order will be debited from the same account that the deposit was received from upon confirmation of delivery.  
 

III. Claims of Damages

 
 

a. All claims on damaged surfboards must be made within two hours of surfboard delivery, NO EXCEPTIONS.

 
  b. Claims should be made by calling The Surfboard Warehouse as soon as the damaged board arrives.  
  c. Damages to a surfboard that occur after the board is received are not the responsibility of The Surfboard Warehouse, so BE CAREFUL!  
 

d. The board bag is considered part of the packaging and therefore it is NOT covered by any damage policy. Any damage to the board bag it self as a result of shipping will not be covered.

 
 

IV. Shipping

 
 

a. Boards will be shipped by our shipping company and all of their normal rules and regulations apply.

 
 

V. Length of an Order

 
  a. Board orders will be processed once the deposit is received. Board manufacturing time is determined by the shaper.  
  b. The Surfboard Warehouse will be in contact with the shaper for an estimate of the length of time the order will take but, The Surfboard Warehouse is NOT responsible for orders that take longer than estimated.  
  c. Claims against extreme differences between the estimated manufacturing time and actual manufacturing time will be determined on a case by case basis.
