Returns/Exchanges
Here at The Surfboard Warehouse we pride ourselves on getting you our customer the right gear! If you are unhappy with your product for any reason we will we will gladly accept ANY Returns or Exchanges assuming that ALL of the following guidelines are met!
You MUST contact us VIA Email Service@TheSurfboardWarehouse.com PRIOR to returning ANY items. NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES will be issued if a product is returned with out Email authorization. One of our customer service representatives will reply VIA Email with return location and further instructions.
All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must be unused/unopened and in the same condition they were in when you received them. We have the right to examine any returned products and determine whether or not to issue a refund. Shipping charges for returning non-defective items are not covered by The Surfboard Warehouse. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Exchanges/Returns will be done on a case-by-case basis.
Gift Cards are Non-Refundable.
