If you don't get anyone PLEASE leave a message and we will return your
call. We ARE an online business, therefor, sometimes the BEST form of
communication is by email as our staff is constantly at their computers. Because UPS/Fed Ex do not operate on weekends we allow our staff to have weekends off to get some time in the water. Please leave us a message, shoot us an email or leave us a message on our live chat and we will quickly resolve any issues the following Monday morning.
My Account
How do I setup my account?
After finding the product(s) you would like to purchase, click on it and then click Add To Cart, you will then come to a screen, where if you are a new customer, you will begin the registration process.
What can I do if I forgot my password?
Not a problem, on the top within the navigation bar, there is a drop down menu labeled "Customer Service" if you bring your mouse over it you will see sub categories. Click on "Your Account" and then underneath the username and password input boxes you will see where it will say "Forgot Your Password." Simply follow the directions there.
How do I change information in my existing account?
To change any information in your existing account, log into Your Account by clicking on "your account" under the "Customer Service" tab located in the right of the navigation bar, then proceed to login and change any information necessary.
Payment
What are my different payment options?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please be sure the information given during the ordering process (address, phone number, ect..) is the same as what your credit card company has on file for you. Otherwise there could be a delay in receiving your order. All credit card information provided is encrypted and will be kept secure.
Do I need to pay sales tax?
We are required by F.L. state law to collect sales tax from all orders with billing addresses within the State Florida all other orders will not be charge sales tax.
