This is a 7 mm thick cord with heavy duty velcro and a pressure relief ankle cuff that is 4 mm neoprene with elastic binding. With the Sticky Bumps Regular leash you also get, double swivels, molded rivets and a double webbed railsaver! Don't forget that this leash comes with a 10 mm flat string that will pull the leash flat and reduces preasure against the tail of your board! Surf hard, your leash will hold up!
